from your Patch Family

To our amazing & loyal customers,

While we’re cautiously excited that things are slowly re-opening, we also know this means it’s our responsibility as your local and family-owned grocery store (for 33 years!) to help protect one another & to flatten the curve. The store, to us and our team members, is our second home. When we call ourselves a Patch “family”, we truly mean that we are family and want to do everything we can to protect each other. Something as simple and kind as wearing a mask can make a world of a difference.

The Patch will require all customers to wear a face covering when entering the store beginning Wednesday, 7/15/20. Proper face coverings include face masks, face shields or other hands-free face coverings.

We offer delivery & pickup as an accommodation for those who are unable to wear a face covering due to an exemption. We will do our absolute best to keep the store stocked with face masks & shields for purchase in case you forgot yours at home.

We want our page to be a place of positivity, so we encourage you to please communicate & interact with kindness, including on our social media, while in our stores and with customers and our team members, who have been working so very hard these past few months to keep our community stocked with healthy food. In the spirit of this kindness & positivity that The Patch prides itself in upholding, we will remove anything that is unkind or argumentative and we will not be responding to these comments.

Thank you all so much for your cooperation and continued support and for helping us keep our team members & community safe.

We’re so excited to see your smiling faces – behind your masks, of course!

We know that there are articles about the lack of supply with some meat & seafood distributors. Our commitment to you is to keep our community fed while meeting our strict standards. The Patch’s meat & seafood supplies have not been affected by the pandemic.

We work with local companies who are well-stocked & we are still receiving regular deliveries. In fact, we have lots of Springer Mountain Farms all-natural chicken at both or our locations and will continue to receive normal deliveries. We are here for you during this time.

We also have an ample supply of our local supplier of pasture raised birds, Olivor Heritage Farms. We have an ample supply of Australian & local Adena Farms grass-fed beef and all-natural, no antibiotic Creekstone Farms and Seaboard Foods beef & pork. We have an ample supply of Australian and domestic lamb, and all-natural, nitrate and nitrite free lunch meat, cheese and bacon from ApplegateGarrett Valley Farms, Boar’s Head, Niman Ranch and others.
