Quan yin method

Ancient, theistic, lactovegetarian martial art unearthed and taught by Vietnamese-born Suma Ching Hai, whose father was a Catholic naturopath. The Quan Yin Method is a purported means of conquering all manner of “negative force” in or around oneself. One of its teachings is that eggs attract ghosts.
