Daikon is a white radish that tastes similar to the red variety.
Diet Types: Macrobiotic, Vegan, Vegetarian
Ingredients:
  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • 1 medium Daikon Radish, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/8 cup Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Tamari
  • fresh spinach leaves
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    Mix the carrot, daikon and parsley in a serving bowl. In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil and Tamari and pour over the slaw. Toss well and serve over spinach.
